Our customer engagement sets the bar in service and experiential retail, giving our customers something to love every time.KNOW THE ROLEThe Fashion Marketing Intern will join a dynamic, fast-paced environment, supporting the delivery of creative marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. You'll assist a team of two and will have the opportunity to activate social media content briefs and creation, trend research, event planning and coordination, in store point of sale, administration and digital marketing activities across multiple platforms.The ideal candidate will be highly organised, efficient, creative, and passionate about fashion, retail and branding. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a proactive and flexible attitude. Working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, you'll demonstrate your pro active initiative and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily marketing operations and supporting the wider team with vital administrative and promotional tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, assisting with planning, pre- and post-campaign analytics, performance evaluation, and actionable insights.Assist with brand communications activity across digital and in-store channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with the Brown Thomas Arnotts brand voice.Help coordinate channel management across email, social media, online, and in-store touchpoints to deliver a seamless, customer-centric experience.Collaborate with key business functions (including Buying, Digital, Store Operations, and CRM) to align marketing strategy and maximise opportunities across all divisions.Provide support for new product or service launches, from creative concept to execution and measurement.Conduct research into fashion trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to inform future marketing plans.Assist with general administrative tasks, marketing capability development, and team coordination to ensure smooth operations.Liaise with brands and external vendors, managing information flow and maintaining high standards of organisation and communication.KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOREducated to degree level (or equivalent), ideally in a Marketing, Communications, or Fashion-related discipline.Highly organised with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail and brand storytelling.Confident using digital platforms and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Canva; familiarity with marketing analytics or content tools is an advantage.A creative and customer-centric thinker with enthusiasm for digital marketing, brand building, and the evolving fashion landscape.A proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Passionate about the Brown Thomas Arnotts brand and committed to enhancing its reputation for excellence, innovation, and style.KNOW WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOUWe believe that every team member should have the opportunity to curate a meaningful career that enhances professional and personal development.
