who understands the nuances of luxury fashion and has proven experience managing technology implementations across multi-country retail environments.

ThepurposeoftheProjectManager,ClientServicesEuropeistofacilitateresourcesandcooperationbetweenteamsfortheultimatesuccessofclient'sprojectsandoverallaccounthealth.TheProjectManagersetsandmanagesexpectationsfortheclientandinternalteamstodeliverhighqualityserviceandachievefrictionlesscommerce.
DevelopandmanageprojectplansforsuccessfulcompletionofprojectsincoordinationwithClientSuccessManagerandclients.
Setdeadlines,assigntasks(internalandclientstakeholders),andmonitorprogressofprojectsandotherdeliverables
Trackwrittenapprovals&sign-offofLevelofEffort,design/requirements,andacknowledgements
Escalatedelays,risks,andissuesinternallyasneeded(Supportissues,projectdelays,etc.)
ReportonprojectstatusandclosuretoOperationsDirector
Coordinateprioritiesofinternalteamforprojectsandotheropenrequests
Maintainproject/taskmanagementtools(Jira,Confluence,Smartsheet,GoogleDocsandExcel,etc.)
WorkwithclientsandServiceTeamtodeveloprollout/go-liveplans
LeadcallswithVIPclientsandcommunicatewithC-levelexecs
