Project Engineer
This role involves project execution for a European team with regular travel to Denmark and Switzerland.
1. Key Responsibilities:
2. Manage projects efficiently, ensuring smooth workflow until handover.
3. Participate in hand-over meetings to clarify contract conditions and scope.
4. Review designs to ensure compliance with requirements, budgets, and installation methods.
5. Verify water analysis, mechanical/hydraulic, and electrical design requirements.
6. Monitor progress, prepare reports, and attend meetings.
7. Identify, quantify, and agree on variations with clients.
8. Coordinate with other departments to meet project timelines.
9. Prepare hand-over documentation and schedule commissioning.
10. Conduct post-project reviews for performance improvement.
11. Skills and Qualifications:
12. Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
13. Knowledge of pharma norms, GMP, GAMP, ASME BPE.
14. Familiarity with pharma utilities like softening, reverse osmosis, electrodeionisation, etc.
15. Understanding of waste water technologies.
16. Problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
17. Experience with P&ID drawings and functional specifications.
18. Cost-awareness and design analysis skills.
19. Experience managing multiple projects.
20. Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
