Position: Daytime ChefLocation: Mount Errigal HotelHours: Day shifts (typically 7:00am – 4:00pm, subject to business requirements)Role OverviewWe are seeking a Daytime Chef to prepare and deliver food during daytime operations. The role includes responsibility for bar food preparation and lunch service, while maintaining kitchen standards in line with health and safety regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook bar food and lunch service items.Ensure consistency in food quality, portioning, and presentation.Complete food preparation in advance of service to support smooth operations.Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with HACCP standards.Assist with stock rotation, waste management, and ordering requirements.Support the Head Chef and kitchen team as required.RequirementsPrevious experience working as a chef or cook in a professional kitchen.Knowledge of bar food preparation and lunch service operations.Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.Ability to work as part of a team and independently.Strong time management and organisational skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: From €16.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekExperience:Chef: 5 years (required)Language:English (required)Work Location: In person
