The Operations Support Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing and supporting equipment to meet production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Production Performance: Ensure Manufacturing outputs are achieved as per the production plan.
* TPM Engagement: Maintain customer relationships, serve as the primary point of contact for Sensor-related challenges, and ensure prompt issue resolution and communication.
* Non-Conformance Assessments: Support the Operation department in assessing Non-Conformances, ensuring safe and effective products that meet customer needs while maintaining compliance.
* Data Analysis: Analyze equipment performance data and collaborate with Engineering for suitable resolutions.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with QA, Supply Chain Technical Engineering, and MES teams to drive improvements and resolve issues.
Requirements:
* A third-level qualification or trade certificate in an Engineering/Science/Manufacturing discipline is required.
* Three years' work experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment is preferred.
Accountability: Reports to the Manufacturing Manager. The scope of decision-making relates primarily to manufacturing/quality activities.
