 
        
        Postgraduate Surgical Education Role
The primary objective of this position is to contribute to the development, organization, and delivery of curriculum, teaching, and assessment in Surgery and Emergency Medicine across all postgraduate training and academic programs.

The successful candidate will play a key role in both technical and non-technical skills training offered at RCSI, with a focus on the development and use of simulation technology to support learning. They will also be involved in the planning and organization of teaching days and training events.
Responsibilities include: Delivering teaching across varied postgraduate programs in Surgery and Emergency Medicine, including technical and non-technical skills training. Planning, organizing, and leading teaching days and simulation training sessions, ensuring smooth coordination of all aspects, from curriculum design to participant feedback.
