Responsibilities
* Create an inspiring environment for colleagues and customers
* Take charge of the store when senior managers are absent
* Ensure team members are fully trained and competent in their roles
* Establish open communication, fostering a culture of trust
* Coach and manage colleagues to enable them to meet daily priorities and be available to serve customers effectively
* Review reports and systems to inform improvements for customers and colleagues
