What you will do
PGIM Ireland are seeking to hire an International Servicing Specialist for PGIM Real Estate Loan Services who are responsible for the servicing and asset management ofmercial loans originated by PGIM Real Estate (PGIM RE) outside of the United States. Irish hours will apply from Monday to Friday, however there is a requirement to be flexible, specifically during peak times. Hours are subject to change in line with role requirements.
What you can expect
1. Servicing/Cash Management - Calculation of debt service, delivery of billing letters, remittance reports and application of waterfall structures
2. Surveillance - Review ofpliance certificates, calculations to confirm covenant adherence, review and analysis of property monitoring reports
3. Hedging - Management of all loan level hedging investments
4. Banking Admin - Managing multiple international bank and borrower relationships
5. Treasury - cash movements for multiple currencies over differing treasury platforms and time zones
6. Proactivelymunicate issues to relevant stakeholders.
7. Collaborate with multiple areas of the PGIM RE to ensure the highest level of service.
8. Anticipate issues that may adversely affect portfolio performance and take action to reduce risks.
9. Lead and manage special projects as assigned, as well as propose and drive process enhancements and automation.
10. Cultivate both internal and external relationships to ensure proper service levels are achieved for each portfolio function.
11. Review policies and procedures and ensure consistency across the regions.
What you will bring
12. 2-3 years' priormercial mortgage/real estate/finance experience
13. Priormercial loan servicing experience desirable including billing, calculation of interest rates, accruals and waterfall accounting across the capital stack
14. Background knowledge of electronic banking and treasury methods
15. Working knowledge of Bloomberg a plus
16. Prior experience of Blocked/Charged accounts or KYC/AML a plus
17. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities under challenging time frames
18. Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
19. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively with various counterparts
20. Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented, highly organized and exceptional time management
