**Receptionist Position**
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth flow of operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for incoming visitors, clients, and internal staff
* Maintain a professional and welcoming reception space
* Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries efficiently
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage internal calendars
* Provide administrative support including document handling, scheduling, and record maintenance
* Ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times
Key Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in a front-desk or receptionist role
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Confident communication skills with a professional and courteous manner
* Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently and as part of a wider support team
* Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
