We're partnering with a business that's putting digital transformation at the heart of its group-wide strategy—and they're now looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their digital team.
This is a hands-on role supporting business users across the group to turn fragmented Excel reporting into intuitive, insightful dashboards. You'll be working with structured ERP data and helping teams across multiple business units to better understand and communicate their data.
What you'll be doing:
Building dashboards using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
Translating complex Excel-based reporting into scalable, visual BI solutions
Engaging with internal stakeholders to map data, gather requirements, and deliver usable reporting
Supporting the rollout of Microsoft Fabric across the group (starting with a pilot phase)
Acting as a central business partner to divisional analysts
Providing day-to-day support for BI reporting queries
What we're looking for:
Strong experience with Power BI and a solid grasp of general BI principles
Exposure to Microsoft Fabric or a genuine interest in learning it
Ability to understand ERP data models (data already well structured)
Previous experience working closely with business users on reporting solutions
Enthusiastic, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic, less rigid environment
Bonus points for knowledge of SAP BW or Crystal Reports (being phased out)
Why this role?
This is an opportunity to step into a central, visible role in a growing team where you'll have real influence. It suits someone ambitious and curious, who enjoys working directly with stakeholders and helping shape BI capability from the ground up.
