A busy Dublin office is looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to manage reception duties and provide administrative support to senior staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage reception, greet visitors, and handle switchboard calls.
* Coordinate meeting rooms and arrange refreshments when required.
* Support senior managers with diary management, travel, and expenses.
* Handle inbound/outbound post and courier services.
* Assist with facilities tasks such as ordering supplies and health & safety.
* Support the Office Manager with ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' administrative or reception experience.
* Professional, confident, and friendly communication style.
* Strong customer-service approach.
* Excellent organisation, multitasking, and attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
