About the Role
We are hiring a Staff Engineer - Mobile Apps to work on the team that brings CVS customers their "Shopping & Health Super-power" - the customer-facing Flagship CVS Shopping and Health apps.
As a Staff Engineer, you will help advance our architecture and Mobile Product, working with cross-functional teams such as design, product, analysts to deliver great user experiences. You will partner with Apps Platform Engineers, Product Managers, Engineering Managers and fellow Feature Team engineers to build products used to make our powerful omnichannel shopping an easy and seamless experience.
The scope of development is focused on foundational architecture and code structure improvements with some feature development mixed in. Additional responsibilities include improving developer experience, updating complex foundational use-cases, creating integration-ready core features for all mobile flagship teams, maintaining CI and CD infrastructure and pipelines, and collaborating to drive solutions that reduce cost and time to market.
