Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering our construction technology solutions to clients across the region.
About the Role:
* Accountable for achieving revenue and profit targets within your designated territory.
* Manage regional expense budgets and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
* Develop strategic sales plans, prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly activities, and report using internal CRM systems.
* Identify, manage, and close new and existing opportunities within the region.
* Demonstrate the features and benefits of our construction infrastructure products to customers.
* Pursue key account management to build positive relationships with leading regional clients.
* Deliver accurate sales forecasts to senior management.
* Maintain market knowledge, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats specific to customers.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in a technical-related discipline, civil engineering, surveying, or related business field.
* Relevant experience in a construction technology-related discipline, with previous field sales experience preferred.
* Strong ability to successfully sell products and services.
* Ability to set priorities for short and long-term objectives.
* Ability to make strategic decisions and take calculated risks.
