EHS Officer Naas full-time on site Competitive salary + company bonus We have an excellent opportunity to join Birds Eye as an EHS Officer to help with EHS compliance, ensuring programs and procedures are in line with Company, Site, Customer and Legal requirements.
This will be Environmentally focused, but will have strong support and development opportunities on the Health & Safety side of the role.
About the role The EHS Officer will be responsible for helping the EHS compliance, ensuring EHS programs and procedures are in line with Company, Site, Customer and Legal requirements.
Responsibilities: Health, Safety & Environmental implementer on site and actively promote a developing EHS culture.
Support the EHS Manager in receiving external Audits and delivery of the EHS Internal audit programme.
Helping to ensure full compliance with all Company, customer and legal requirements for Health and Safety.
Supports the implementation and maintenance of the site EHS strategy and programs.
Weekly reporting of accident stats and site performance / monthly reporting against group standard implementation to HSE Manager About you We are looking for someone who is an experienced Environmental Officer within a manufacturing environment.
Youll also be someone who is willing to be hands on and support with other tasks as the team requires.
EHS experience in a manufacturing / production environment essential.
Environmental experience essential, with health and safety experience highly desirable.
Strong problem solver and proactive mindset.
Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders on EHS objectives and goals.
Ability to prioritise and organise their workload.
