We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our mental health services team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen interest in administration, attention to detail, and organisational skills.

* To be familiar with and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
* Report any concerns for the safety of our patients in the LSU to your line manager and/or other manager within the organisation for appropriate address in-line with company policy.
* Maintain the confidentiality of all information made available during the course of work.
* Support patients with mental and emotional issues under the supervision of Psychiatrists and other mental health professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support patients in performing daily activities such as eating, self-care, and care of their immediate environment.
* Observe, monitor, and record patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations, and weight.
* Support patients with therapy and rehabilitation programmes designed to enable them to work towards their goals for independent living as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
* Knowledge of social care or a health-related sector (an advantage)
* 1 year's previous experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficient in written communication skills such as report writing
* Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal skills
