Business Development Executive Role

About the Job
We're seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in the Enterprise and Commercial Sector of the Republic of Ireland by developing relationships with senior decision-makers. This role involves finding new opportunities, researching leads, establishing relationships, and acquiring new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
* Drive the entire sales cycle, from setting up meetings to presenting our company to potential clients.
* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve better results and understand the company's products and services.
* Provide feedback to leadership regarding customer needs, commercial opportunities, and market trends.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, or related).
* Strong extrovert with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Results-driven and focused on getting the job done.
* Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques.
* Ability to deliver engaging presentations and work well with a team of professionals.
* Proven track record in sales, particularly in a hunting role.
