Summary Reporting to the Head of Revenue, The Group Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) – Product Business Partner will play a critical role in delivering financial insights and supporting business decisions across product lines, this individual will provide expert financial analysis, drive budgeting and forecasting processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product profitability and business performance.
Key Responsibilities Perform monthly revenue analysis across products at both group and country levels, providing KPIs and trend insights.
Analyze business development metrics to inform future performance expectations.
Review product profitability and cost allocation across departments and regions.
Develop and deliver product-specific performance reports using financial planning tools.
Contribute to monthly reporting through detailed revenue and profitability commentaries.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with group policy.
Manage and maintain financial planning tools and reporting dashboards for assigned product categories.
Partner with regional leaders to create insightful revenue and profitability reports.
Support preparation of comprehensive monthly reporting packs for leadership review.
Budgeting & Forecasting Lead the annual budgeting process for assigned products, collaborating with finance and business stakeholders.
Oversee revenue and cost of sales forecasting, providing detailed commentary for senior leadership presentations.
Coordinate quarterly forecasting updates, integrating input from regional business partners and finance teams.
Business Partnering & Collaboration Contribute financial expertise to strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Collaborate with regional finance teams to support consistent and accurate reporting practices.
Work closely with product and country leadership to provide financial guidance and drive business performance.
Participate in finance transformation initiatives and process improvements across the organization.
Candidate Requirements 5+ years post-qualification experience in a senior finance or FP&A role.
A background in Transaction Advisory Services is necessary.
Proven experience in strategic financial analysis and business partnering.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex financial data effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems; familiarity with tools such as Adaptive Planning, Sage Intacct, and Salesforce is a plus.
