Successful candidates will have strong experience in retention, door-to-door, or inside sales roles, preferably within the Utilities industry.

Key Responsibilities
* Retain existing customers face-to-face and over the phone.
* Follow up with warm leads.
* Utilize all available retention tools to encourage customers to stay with PrepayPower.
* Manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
* Perform ad hoc activities as required.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
* Proven track record of achieving retention or sales targets.
* Minimum of 1 year’s experience in inside sales or door-to-door sales.
* Experience with CRM systems is preferable but not essential.
* Ability to work independently.
* Excellent objection handling, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
* Strong planning and organizational skills.
* Full driver’s license.
About This Role
* Salary: €30,000 base + €15,000 bonus (uncapped).
* Hybrid position based in our Sandyford Office - Dublin 18.
