Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the overall architecture of our Service Now platform. This includes leading the design and implementation of core ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB. You will also oversee the development of a comprehensive reporting and analytics framework using Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboards.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Additionally, you will ensure that platform governance, security, and performance best practices are followed. Designing integrations with third-party systems is another key aspect of this role.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as a Service Now Architect in enterprise environments
* Deep understanding of Service Now platform capabilities and limitations
* Strong experience with ITSM processes and Service Now modules
* Expertise in Service Now reporting tools including Performance Analytics Scheduled Reports Dashboards
