RGN Electrical & Communications Ltd is a growing, family-run Irish business delivering electrical and communication solutions across Ireland. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Office Administrator to join our team at our Naas office. This is a new, full-time position ideal for someone with a strong background in the electrical or construction sector who can take ownership of this role and operate independently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
* Oversee the day-to-day running of office operations.
* Support the development and management of the service division.
* Manage and process purchase invoices using Xero.
* Raise and track purchase orders for site supervisors.
* Organise and maintain staff training records.
* Maintain health & safety documentation and compliance systems.
* Process weekly staff timesheets.
* Assist with developing and streamlining company systems and procedures.
* Support the implementation and management of ISO accreditations.
* Carry out ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2+ year experience in a similar administrative role within the electrical or construction sector.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
* Experience withXero or similar accounting software.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organised, accurate, and able to meet tight deadlines.
* Proactive, confident, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
* Reside in Ireland and be legally eligible to work.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
