You'll lead growth for our Group Risk Insurance business in Ireland, driving broker relationships, market presence and delivery revenue targets.
Responsibilities Develop and own a clear business development strategy for Tier 1 & Tier 2 brokers, generating and converting new opportunities.
Lead regular broker meetings, presenting our group risk proposition, negotiating terms and securing profitable growth and ANP targets.
Prioritise high-value and high-volume brokers using strong market and competitor insight.
Work with marketing and product teams to refine and communicate our value proposition.
Build and manage a disciplined sales pipeline with consistent prospecting and follow up.
Maintain accurate account plans and CRM data to guide ongoing and future activity.
Ensure suitability, compliance and delivery against KPIs, run rates and the ANP business plan.
Partner with Underwriting, Claims, Marketing and Existing Business to resolve broker needs and support market initiatives.
Skills & Experience Group risk insurance within the Irish market is a must Proven track record in business development, broker relationship management or group sales in insurance.
Strong understanding of group life, income protection and critical illness products.
QFA qualified Solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks: MCC, CPC, IDD and Solvency II basics.
Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related discipline is an advantage.
