Senior Architectural Technologist Job Opportunity

\

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Dublin, Ireland.

\

This is a great opportunity for a highly skilled technologist to work on large-scale projects across Ireland and enjoy real flexibility and work-life balance.

\

As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for producing technically robust architectural deliverables using Revit and coordinating layouts and developing full tender and construction documentation for medium to large-scale projects.

\

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outputs, contribute to cost management, and ensure technical decisions align with project budgets.

\

Additionally, you will attend site visits and provide construction and technical support, ensuring all work complies with company QA procedures and industry standards.

\

Requirements:

\
\
1. 5+ years' experience in architectural technology with a focus on large-scale project delivery
\
2. Highly proficient in Revit (essential), with experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
\
3. Skilled in NBS Chorus specification writing
\
4. Strong understanding of BIM processes, Irish Building Codes, and Planning Regulations
\
5. Demonstrated experience in producing detailed designs and full technical documentation
\
6. Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
\
7. Full eligibility to work in Ireland and a full driving licence
\
8. A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as architecture, engineering, or building services engineering
\
9. Certification in Autodesk Revit and/or other relevant software
\
10. Familiarity with BIM and its applications
\
11. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
\
12. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
\
13. Adaptability and willingness to learn and develop new skills
\
14. Passion for sustainable design and technology-led solutions
\
