 
        Credit Controller (Hybrid) | Dublin 4We're hiring a Credit Controller for a growing Irish company in Dublin 4.This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative finance team, reporting to the Finance Manager, where you'll take ownership of a commercial debtor ledger, driving cash collection, reconciliations, and supporting month-end activities. The culture is personable, fast-moving, and quality-focused, where relationship building and clear communication matter as much as the numbers.What you'll do:Manage and prioritise a B2B debtor ledger, improving cashflow and reducing aged debt.Engage customers by phone and email to agree payment plans and resolve queries.Maintain accurate customer records, direct debit matching, and invoice/statement workflows.Prepare debtor analyses, reconciliations, and KPI updates; flag risks early to management.Support month-end and year-end activities; partner with teams to resolve billing/data issues.Contribute to continuous improvement across credit control and finance admin processes.What you'll bring:3–4+ years' credit control experience in a busy commercial environment.Confident communicator who builds rapport and resolves issues with tact.Strong Excel and MS Office skills; ERP exposure is an advantage.High attention to detail, organised, and calm under deadlines.A team player who takes ownership and knows when to escalate.Location & working pattern:Dublin 4 (hybrid: 3 days per week onsite)Free parking and good public transport linksSalary & benefits:Competitive salary, based on experienceFrom day one: annual leave, laptop & phone, hybrid working, EAP, Death in Service benefitAfter probation: income protection, private health insurance, pension with employer contribution, professional subscriptions, gym membership support, study assistanceInterested?
