Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining end-to-end business plans that align with our global operations objectives.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure all project objectives are achieved on time and within budget while meeting applicable corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
You will lead the launch of new projects, establish development testing production readiness, and work with multiple internal and external global teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop program charters, consolidate program milestones, and interdependencies to build integrated roadmaps and training programs.
* Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, business partners, and provide regular progress updates.
* Identify and resolve issues that arise during projects, adapt plans to accommodate changes, and establish program/project governance.
Requirements:

* Able to work onsite at our Ireland facility in Athenry.
* Strong communication skills to effectively facilitate discussions and communicate with teams and executive leaders.
* Ability to identify and apply proper levels of diplomacy and finesse to overcome obstacles and challenges.
* Highly collaborative and able to work in a team-based environment.
* Ability to resolve conflicts professionally and have a strong can-do attitude.
* Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, and project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Atlassian Tools, Confluence, and Jira.
* Demonstrate ability to manage complex projects.
