**Assistant Purchasing Manager Role**
This is a key position within our organization's purchasing and operations team, responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the department. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing stock levels, tracking orders, and liaising with suppliers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support the purchasing team in managing stock levels and coordinating with suppliers to meet business needs.
* Assist with meetings, reporting, and supplier tenders, ensuring timely coordination of tasks and effective communication among stakeholders.
* Help prepare and release purchase orders, and provide administrative support as needed.
**Requirements**
* Strong attention to detail, management experience, and confident communication skills are essential.
* Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively as part of a team.
* Good understanding of stock/purchasing systems and experience with MS Word & Excel.
