Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate digital transformation projects, liaising with site SMEs and global teams.
* Work with leadership and cross-functional teams (IT, Ops, QA) to align digital strategies with business goals.
* Drive value analysis and support long-range financial planning and capital acquisition.
* Act as the voice of operations in technical forums and communicate project milestones to stakeholders.
* Lead strategies to ensure high user adoption and successful system integration.
