Role Overview:
We are seeking a senior professional to oversee tax activities across multiple international entities and support US operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This is a hands-on role with excellent exposure to global corporate tax compliance, offering the opportunity to work with a small, focused team committed to learning, development, and inclusion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing transfer pricing documentation, managing and optimising global R&D credits, preparing quarterly international tax provisions, and coordinating with external tax providers.
In addition, they will prepare and review indirect tax returns across various regions, support internal and external audits, and maintain internal controls and tax-related process documentation.
To succeed in this role, you will need 3–5 years' post-qualification tax experience, preferably in a multinational or US-based company, and a strong understanding of international tax, R&D credits, and transfer pricing.
You should also have knowledge of SOX and financial reporting standards, as well as strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:
* Review transfer pricing documentation across international jurisdictions.
* Manage and optimise global R&D credits; track eligible spend with accounting teams.
* Prepare quarterly international tax provisions.
* Coordinate with external tax providers to ensure accurate and timely filing.
* Prepare and review indirect tax returns across various regions.
* Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation.
