See our company profile through the link above.The RoleWorking with the individual as a member of their circle of support, the key focus is on building a positive relationship to support, enable and empower them to have a good life of their choosing.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a skilled and responsive staff team to deliver individualised, rights-based supports.As we flexibly respond to the changes and choices in each individual's life, you may be required to adapt and change to a new way of working.
