Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a strong and diverse background across Funds/Asset Management with 8+ years of experience within an Asset Manager or Administrator and a solid understanding of core Fund/Investment Operations, including Fund Accounting, Middle Office and Transfer Agency.
About the Department
* We focus on ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of regulatory filings and reporting obligations as well as the effective oversight of fund expense processes.
* Prior experience in a regulatory reporting or fund expense's role is desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversight of all regulatory reporting (e.g., Mi FID II, AIFMD, MMFR), fund expenses, and tax obligations for Mercer's fund range.
2. You will manage key service providers by working closely with internal stakeholders such as Legal & Compliance departments along with external advisors to address new regulatory impacts. You also take ownership for leading projects that enhance process efficiency. Furthermore you become knowledgeable about European Investment Products UCITS AIFs ,and other requirements related to these areas .
