Job Title: Day Services Manager

As a Day Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in providing high-quality support services to young adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities.




Key Responsibilities:


1. Lead and manage the daily operations of the service including ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations;
2. Oversee the delivery of person-centred support plans and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) and external agencies such as healthcare providers;
3. Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress and program outcomes;
