Corporate Finance Manager - Infrastructure & Renewable Energy - Dublin
With the evolving Public and Private Investment landscape, our client is busier than ever in providing Corporate Finance advice across a broad spectrum within the Infrastructure and Renewable Energy sectors.
As a Corporate Finance Manager focused on Infrastructure and Renewable Energy, your responsibilities will include:
1. Mergers, buyouts, and disposals - advising on buying and selling businesses and assets in the infrastructure sector.
2. PPPs - advising public and private clients on the procurement and funding of infrastructure assets through PPP models.
3. Business planning & business case development - providing strategic advice tailored to each client.
4. Strategic advisory - offering insights on strategic matters that vary by client.
5. Procurement - guiding clients through procurement processes for infrastructure assets using various contracting models.
6. Understanding client requirements, co-developing approaches, and delivering value through insights and advice.
7. Reviewing financial models under supervision and forming preliminary conclusions.
8. Gathering, verifying, and analyzing information to formulate informed views.
Qualifications required include ACA, ACCA, or Level 9 Masters Equivalent, along with at least 6 years of Corporate Finance experience, including 2 years within relevant sectors.
