Job Title: Chef de Partie
We are currently seeking a dedicated chef to join our passionate kitchen team at Ballyliffin Lodge & Spa, a 4-star family-run hotel located along the stunning Wild Atlantic Way in Inishowen, Co. Donegal.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with the Lodges culinary standards
* Manage a designated section of the kitchen with minimal supervision
* Work closely with the Head Chef to develop menus, specials, and new concepts
* Ensure all food preparation is carried out in accordance with food hygiene and safety regulations
* Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace at all times
* Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management
* Mentor junior kitchen staff and contribute to team training and development
* Participate in service, events, and special functions as needed
Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in a similar Chef de Partie or Commis Chef role (minimum 2 years preferred)
* Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety practices
* Possionate about food and committed to delivering high standards
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility regarding shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
