The Sales Operations function is a critical enabler of sales excellence.
Sales Operations Managers work closely with Enterprise Account Executives (AEs) to ensure operational rigor, pipeline visibility and business insights are integrated into the sales process.
This role requires strategic leadership skills as well as technical expertise in CRM systems such as Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have experience in pipeline management, forecasting, process optimization and generating actionable insights for sales leaders.
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field and have 5+ years of experience in sales operations or enterprise sales support. Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Excel and other reporting tools is also essential.
