Senior Support Coordinator

Job Description
As a Senior Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
* Providing administrative support to the management team and relevant departmental functions.
* Managing and booking health-related appointments for individuals.
* Updating individual risk management plans in consultation with the PIC/Deputy Managers and Key Worker.
* Ensuring key workers/support staff are completing individual finance checklists.
Additionally, you will be required to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A qualification in a healthcare or related discipline (NFQ level 6 or above).
* At least 2 years' experience working in a social care setting or health-related discipline.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in written communication skills, including report writing.
* Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
