Role Overview Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to provide essential day-to-day support to our property management team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, efficient communication, and exceptional service delivery across our property portfolio.
________________________________________ Key Responsibilities * Provide daily administrative support to the property management team.
* Draft and prepare minutes, reports, invoices, and financial statements.
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and client/tenant updates.
* Maintain and update property files and databases (CRM systems).
* Organise and coordinate property viewings, inspections, check-outs, and maintenance schedules.
* Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of works.
* Handle data entry and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
* Support finance operations, including invoice posting, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
________________________________________ Key Requirements * Minimum of 3 years' experience in a busy administrative role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and confident manner.
* Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* Proficient with digital tools and office software (Microsoft Office, CRMs, etc.).
* Customer-focused approach and a genuine interest in the property sector.
* Experience within the property industry is advantageous but not essential.
