Responsibilities include providing dignified care that respects the privacy and individuality of each resident, acting as a Named Nurse and maintaining accurate records, building meaningful relationships with residents and their families, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards, safeguarding drugs and medicines, demonstrating knowledge of HIQA standards, managing admissions and discharges, and liaising with healthcare professionals.
