We are supporting a consultancy delivering a significant digital transformation programme within the healthcare sector. We are seeking an experienced
Learning Technologist / Training Coordinator
to contribute to the successful delivery of a large-scale digital training initiative.
About the Role
This role will support the rollout of new systems across a healthcare environment. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and optimising the LMS to support a high-volume training schedule and staff allocations
* Developing and converting training materials into high-quality digital learning content (video, animation, online PDFs, interactive modules)
* Working closely with SMEs to design and enhance eLearning content
* Producing reporting outputs to track, monitor, and analyse training uptake and completion
* Supporting the wider training curriculum and digital learning strategy
* Promoting and encouraging engagement with digital learning and the LMS across the organisation
About You
* Experienced in delivering large-scale digital learning or training programmes
* Strong LMS administration skills, including scheduling, reporting, and content management
* Proficient in digital learning tools—video editing, graphics, animation, content publishing
* Comfortable working with SMEs and stakeholders in a client-facing role
* Able to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
* Demonstrates adaptability and the ability to deliver within a fast-moving programme environment
