Position Summary
The Talent Partner serves as a subject matter expert, providing thought leadership and support for the execution of an integrated talent strategy. As part of the Global Talent & Engagement COE, this role collaborates closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to translate organizational insights into scalable frameworks and tools that elevate performance, culture, and capability, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives, primarily in support of the Zoetis Global Manufacturing and Supply organization, with more than 5000 colleagues across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategy and Program Design: Design, develop, and refine talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement surveys, and career pathing structures.
* Consultation and Collaboration: Act as an internal consultant to HRBPs and senior leadership, providing guidance on best practices, organizational design, and change management.
* Data and Analytics: Manage key metrics (KPIs) related to talent, analyze data to identify trends and gaps, and summarize key insights to inform leadership decisions and action planning.
* Process Improvement and Standardization: Standardize talent processes and governance frameworks across the organization to ensure efficiency, consistency, compliance, and scalability.
* Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and HRBPs to drive workforce planning and talent acquisitions strategies to ensure we are sourcing and acquiring top talent.
* External Benchmarks & Perspective: As appropriate, provide external perspective and benchmarking to bring forward best practices and innovative solutions in talent strategy and organizational effectiveness.
* Technology Utilization: Leverage HR technologies and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency of talent processes.
Required Qualifications and Skills
* Experience: 8-10 years of experience in HR, talent management, organizational effectiveness/development, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading programs and consulting globally.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Business Acumen: Ability to learn the business and align business objectives and talent priorities. Previous experience with complex multi-national organizations, preferably with knowledge of manufacturing / supply chain environments' or similar.
* Strategic Thinking: Proven success in translating vision into actionable strategies and anticipating future workforce demands.
* Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to build high-trust relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use it to drive data-driven decisions.
* Change Management: Experience with change management frameworks and tools to assist with organizational change processes.
