Job Title: Software Solutions Specialist

As a Software Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the software management lifecycle for all enterprise and critical applications deployed across various international facilities. This role requires a consistent focus on service delivery excellence, exceptional communication skills between business, clinical, and technology professionals, and a disciplined approach to service delivery, project management, software management lifecycles, change management governance, and vendor management.
The successful candidate will have experience in a hospital or clinic setting, preferably supporting patient administration systems, electronic medical record systems, radiology/PACS systems, HL7, FHIR, API integration technologies, and healthcare information technology. A degree or certification in information technology, software life cycle management, or significant training in the support and maintenance of enterprise-level applications is also required.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining tools and processes to effectively manage the full lifecycle of software applications, defining external interfaces, constraints, quality issues, and other non-functional requirements, partnering with project managers to complete requirements documentation, planning, organizing, facilitating, and leading meetings and workgroups, and overseeing and executing follow-up activities.
In addition, the ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and resolution skills, provide systems and application training, develop and execute project presentations, participate in special projects as required, and manage application pipeline requests, prioritizing with relevant stakeholders and application workgroups.
