Our client, a leading FMCG company in the health and wellness space, is seeking a Part-Qualified Accountant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified accountant looking to develop and grow alongside the business and be part of an inclusive and positive culture.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and track financial information including revenue, costs, assets and liabilities
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual statements
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Manage tax payments
Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare audit files and liaise with auditors
Support budget preparation
Review and report on variances, highlighting discrepancies
Analyse financial trends
Prepare VAT/Intrastat returns
Ad‑hoc duties as required
Key Skills
Part-qualified accountant with previous experience in similar role
Positive attitude and eager to learn
Motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
