Import Coordinator Role

* We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Operations team in North County Dublin.
* The ideal candidate will have a background in logistics and experience with customs clearance.


About the Job

This is a permanent role that involves coordinating full 360 of Imports, including customs clearance. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational processes are coordinated between departments.


The Import Coordinator will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, including liaising with Warehouse Teams and Haulage Agents. They will also prepare associated shipment documentation, including customs paperwork.

To succeed in this role you must possess:



1. Excellent communication skills;

2. A strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management;

3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;

The ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
The import coordinator should also be highly organized & efficient in their workload which can handle multiple projects at once
Also knowledge of ERP systems such as sap would be advantageous.
