Director of Architecture Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Director of Architecture to oversee our contact centre capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational excellence solution architectures, guidelines and specs.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in:
* Solution Architect with 10+ years of experience
* 5+ years of experience in infrastructure IVR AI Self Service CCaaS Implementations Agent Desktop Workforce Mgmt and Data Analytics
