About Your New Job As the Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering engineering and maintenance projects across diverse industrial environments with a strong focus on the water and wastewater sector. You will: Lead engineering and maintenance projects from tender stage through execution to completion. Develop process improvements using LEAN methodologies and implement robust preventative maintenance strategies. Work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality engineering outcomes, from site assessments to final commissioning. Prepare quotations, manage procurement needs, and ensure all work meets health & safety standards including RAMS preparation. What Skills You Need Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field. 3+ years experience in a mechanical engineering or project delivery role (experience in water/wastewater is a major plus). Strong technical and commercial acumen, with proven ability in project leadership and maintenance best practices. Confident communicator with the ability to engage clients and manage internal teams.
