Our client, a market leading employer in the motor sector, based in Ennis, Co. Clare, has an immediate opening for a Sales Executive to join their dynamic team.
The Role
Our client believes in challenging traditional ways of selling motor cars and providing a consultative buying experience that meets customer needs and budget. As a Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to grow your career in a family business environment.
Your Skills/Experience
2+ years sales experience in a relevant sales or business development role within the motor/auto trade industry
A full clean driver’s licence
Strong work ethic
Disciplined approach to following the sales process
Initiative-taking professional with excellent customer service skills
Proven track record of achieving sales KPI's and targets
Excellent organisational, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work on your own initiative
Third level qualification - desirable
The Offer
This position is a permanent role with salary depending on candidate skills and experience but expected base salary of €30K - €32K per annum, plus OTE of up to €50K - €55K per annum, benefits package including company vehicle, and the opportunity to work in a wonderful team environment.
Hours of work – Onsite in Ennis Co. Clare - 5 days per week - Monday to Saturday - 9am to 6pm.
