Known for our commitment to excellence, deep market insight, and strong client relationships, we're passionate about delivering outstanding results every time.As we continue to expand, we're looking for anexperienced Recruitment Consultantto join our team and play a key role in our next stage of growth.The RoleAs an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full 360° recruitment process from business development and client management to candidate sourcing and placement.You'll combine your commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and drive for results to deliver exceptional service and grow your own portfolio within our specialist markets.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop your own portfolio of clients and candidatesBuild strong relationships and attend client meetings to understand hiring needsWrite and post engaging job adverts to attract high-calibre candidatesScreen, interview, and shortlist applicants for client rolesProvide interview preparation, guidance, and feedback to candidatesNegotiate offers and secure placementsConsistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs and targetsMaintain accurate records using our CRM systemStay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and candidate movementsAbout YouDemonstrable experience as a Recruitment Consultant (ideally 2+ years)Proven track record in billing and business developmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, resilient, and results-drivenThrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environmentProficient with recruitment CRM systems and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter)Sector-specific experience in PR, Comms, Public Affairs or Marketing is desirable but not essential
