The Role
We're seeking a Demand Generation Manager for our Group Marketing team. You'll drive multi-channel marketing campaigns generating high-quality B2B leads, fuel pipeline growth, and support revenue targets.
This role is ideal for a data-savvy marketer thriving in a fast-paced environment and working cross-functionally with sales, design, and content teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute demand gen strategies attracting, engaging, and converting prospects
* Owning campaign planning across email, PPC, SEO, social, content, webinars, and events
* Collaborating with sales to align lead generation and pipeline goals
* Using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Force24/HubSpot) to nurture leads
* Tracking performance, reporting on KPIs, and continuously optimising for ROI
* Applying audience segmentation and intent data to personalise outreach
* Maintaining clean data practices and optimising funnel efficiency
About You
We're looking for someone with:
* 3–5+ years in demand generation, growth, or digital marketing (B2B preferred)
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Strong knowledge of inbound marketing, lead nurturing, segmentation, and analytics
* Hands-on experience with CRM and automation tools
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Analytical mindset with a knack for performance optimisation
