Senior Java Developer – 12 Month Contract, Hybrid, Dublin
What's Involved
* Designing and building applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Microservices.
* Working with cloud-native environments (PCF or similar).
* Creating APIs and middleware that connect front-end and backend systems.
* Collaborating with analysts, testers, and engineers in an Agile/BDD environment.
* Handling large-scale, high-transaction systems with performance and reliability in mind.
What's Needed
* Strong experience with Java/J2EE and the Spring Framework.
* Hands-on skills in front-end technologies (React, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML).
* Knowledge of SQL and modern data storage (Hadoop, Snowflake, MongoDB).
* Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Sonar) and modern architectural patterns.
* Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
What's on offer:
* €450 - €500 per day
* 2 days on site per week
