About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Consultant within our Private Equity Transfer Agency department. This is a pivotal role within the overall division, requiring leadership and team-building qualities to drive success.
Responsibilities include reviewing team workloads, monitoring adherence to Service Level Agreements, and ensuring an excellent working environment at all times. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an ever-expanding Private Equity Transfer Agency team and delivering high-quality service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality service to clients
* Monitor workloads and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements
* Provide leadership and support to the team
* Evaluate team performance and provide feedback
The ideal candidate will have operational experience in a similar role within Private Equity, with a strong focus on client service orientation. They will possess excellent attention to detail, numerically competent, and able to develop a team. A track record in optimizing system use and automating processes would be beneficial.
