Operations Manager - 4* Grand Hotel
An exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to join our Senior Management team as Operations Manager has arisen.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years previous experience in a similar hotel and be able to demonstrate how they have contributed to running and improving the quality and efficiency of hotel operations.

Responsibilities
1. To assist the Deputy General manager in overseeing the operations of the Hotel across all departments.
2. To ensure excellence in service and standards is achieved at all times, making sure our guests have a memorable experience.
3. To ensure there is effective and appropriate supervision in areas of responsibility at all times.
4. To hold daily briefings in areas of responsibility to ensure effective communication with HODs and team.
5. To ensure all mandatory, job-related training is completed and to the highest of standards.
6. Assist with the recruitment & selection process ensuring that we recruit only the best.
Requirements
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking individual with a strong commitment to quality, high standards, service and customer care.
Excellent attention to detail and focus on customer service is required as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to lead, motivate and grow your teams.
