Job Title: Office Administrator

The role of an Office Administrator is a vital part of any organization. This position involves managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.


Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team by handling tasks such as email management, calendar organization, and data entry.
2. HR Support: Assist with HR-related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.
3. Reception Duties: Manage the front desk, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
4. Office Coordination: Coordinate office supplies, maintenance, and repairs to ensure a smooth-running work environment.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Strong Administrative Skills: Possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
* Qualifications: A third-level degree in business or a related field is preferred.
